Shipping Policy

All Out of the Blue Swim items are packaged in-house, so please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be shipped. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you should receive the tracking information to the email attached to the order. Return Policy

ALL SWIMWEAR PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SAMPLES ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  

Any extra goodies such as stickers and care cards do not need to be returned in exchange/return orders.

 Out of the Blue Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer is responsible for any loss or damaged items. 


Swimsuits: Swimwear can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from when items get delivered. Tags must be on, as well as hygienic liners. Item must not seem worn or damaged in order to be returned or exchanged. All swimwear purchased on sale or at any discounted price are final sale. 

Clothing: Clothing can be returned of exchanged within 7 days from when the item(s) get delivered. Tags must be on, item must not seem worn or damaged in order to be returned or exchanged. All clothing items bought on sale or at any discounted price are final sale. 

Tote Bags: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges

Hats: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges

POP-UP RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

All purchases from in-person pop-up, we offer exchanges only, no returns. Thank you for your understanding
