Shipping Policy

All Out of the Blue Swim items are packaged in-house, so please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be shipped. Within 24 hours of your order being shipped, you should receive the tracking information to the email attached to the order. Return Policy

Out of the Blue Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. The customer is responsible for any loss or damaged items. 


  • Swimsuits: 14 day exchange from when items get delivered. Tags must be on, as well as hygienic liners. Item must not seem worn or damaged in order to be returned or exchanged. If returned later, you may only be eligible for store credit ONLY. 
  • Tote Bags: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges
  • Bucket hats: all purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges

 

ALL SWIMWEAR PURCHASED ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SAMPLES ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.  

Any extra goodies such as stickers and care cards do not need to be returned in exchange/return orders.
