Please arrive at 9:45 AM. Your active set will be waiting for you on your mat along with electrolytes and water! Please bring a full size towel for your mat, hand towels are recommended as well. You will also need to create a Heated account, which you can do on the app! You will automatically be added to the class by purchasing a set. Email support@outoftheblueswim.com with any questions!
